To realize a far better comprehension of the HPCVD deposition and doping system, we completed synchrotron micro-X-ray fluorescence (XRF) mapping experiments to quantitatively map the distribution of transition steel dopants in HPCVD made Fe2+:ZnSe optical fibers. Micro-XRF is often a helpful procedure because of its significant sensitivity and sub-
